This morning Me, BEX, MUM and ROSIE parked @ Ramsden and we walked to Finstock via a circular route mapped out by the MOST BODACIOUS Mother of mine. It was as VERY muddy and slippery walk but we made it without falling over. The only casualty was my NEW!! army trousers.
Check out pictures below:
Where we were!!!
This is where I sank it the mud :-/
The Gorgeous lovely mother of mine!
Getting there slowly!
Do I dare walk another field (Baring in mind my left walking boot is completely saturated after falling in the mud)
Our first walk of 2014! - We grabbed the Pub Strolls In Oxfordshire (Roger Noyce) walk book (Kindly bought for me on my 29th birthday in 2006 by my Mum and Mark - Doh!!Given away my age! lol) and settled upon Blenheim Park from The Black Prince Public House entrance. This entrance is a free public right of way into the park. An easy walk with tarmacked path all around the lake of Blenheim. Stunning scenery of the Palace and it's grounds. Friendly dog walkers and family's on strolls to chat too as well :-) Highly recommend The Black Prince Public House as the staff are lovely and it has a great relaxing countryside atmosphere, with large open fire and period features. A beautiful 16C Inn.
